A website site for Royal Corps of Transport, ex sevicemen, women and their families living in Thailand.
Living as we do in a foriegn land is not difficult for us, as we have lived in many parts of the world before, the difference is we don't have a big family to back us up when things go wrong. The family I refer to is the Army, who looked after us while abroad, so our families always had a fall back. Not so here, some of us live in the middle of nowhere, sometimes being the only Farang in the village, which at times can be daunting and leads to isolation. So having friends from the same Corps to call upon is a good thing. We know how each thinks because we've all done the same things, so understand each other, and can give support in times of need.
Here together for help and support
